Each apartment has either a terrace or small balcony and, in the case of ground floor apartments, an individual private garden, the flats have independentheating: there is provision for a TV set.

Typ A3: Studio for 2/3 people, mq. 25 ca, apartment consist of lounge with double divan bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

Typ B4/B5: Apartment for 4/5 people, mq 33/37 ca, apartment consist of lounge with double divan bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower or bath and adjoining bedroom. Though the apartments are of a good size, space is limited when beds are assembled.
