APARTMENTS
The apartments are divided into three main categories – Basic, Standard and Superior – depending on their size and comfort. They can be located on the ground floor, on the first or second floor. Some of them have outdoor spaces: garden, terrace or balcony. All apartments are provided with air conditioning. There is also one apartment suitable for disabled people (with car park).
Two-room Superior apartment (40/42 m2) up to 5 people

They have a maximum of 5 beds and are located on the ground floor, first or second floor (no lift). They are recommended for small families or couples. Great value for money.

Two-room Basic apartments (38 m2) from 3 to 5 people
The capacity varies from 3 to 5 people. Perfect for weekends and business stays. The apartments may overlook the main road and have limited spaces. They are composed of:

- Bathroom with shower or bathtub
Studio with terrace up to 3 people
Cozy studio with a lovely terrace where you can get a glimpse of the sea and the medieval village of Cervo. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift) and it is suitable for 2 people, maximum 3 (extra bed). There is a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Studio with garden up to 3 people
Studio with garden (26 sqm) with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, microwave and dining table. Bathroom with shower. The apartment has a private garden equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs. Suitable for 2 people or 3 with an extra bed.
Three-room apartment (55 m2) up to 6 people
Ideal for big families or groups of friends. The apartment is located about 100 metres away from the Residence La Meridiana, in a quiet building on the first floor (no lift).
