I Valloni
I Valloni are situated in the old town of Poggi, a small village far 3 km from the seaside and the city centre.
There are six apartments located in an ancient building which has been completely renovated. The stone walls have been brought to their former glory and old passages have been unearthed. Some apartments have a private terrace while outside there is a shared garden equipped with BBQ, laundry and solarium.
APARTMENTS
I Valloni used to be the priest’s house but currently is divided into six apartments. Some of them have access from the garden whereas two of them have private access on the back of the building. I Valloni offers ideal accommodation for couples – who want to spend a romantic holiday – and families with grown-up sons. Outside the wide garden has a stunning sea view and a solarium area. This is the ideal location for those who desire to escape from the chaotic and frenzy city life, enjoying the peace of the Ligurian countryside.
Two-room apartment with porch (max 4 people)
The name of this apartment comes from the collection pit – located under the floor of the living room – which used to drain rainwater. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a kitchenette and a living room with a double sofa bed. Few steps lead to one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Outside there is a porch where is possible to relax and dine.
Two-room apartment on the ground floor (max 3 people)
In the past people could reach the fields below called I Valloni, passing through this apartment. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and a living room with one double sofa bed. Here, an ancient stone staircase leads to one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. There is a private outdoor space where you can relax or dine.
Studio on two levels with small terrace (2-3 people)
It used to be a small hayloft. U Picenin has a small private terrace with a wonderful sea view. Inside there is a small living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. An iron staircase leads to the lower floor with one double bedroom, whereas a wooden staircase leads upstairs to a loft with a single bed and a private terrace with a stunning sea view.
Studio with balcony and sea view (max 3 people)
Once there was the oven and the pantry for the whole family. Now, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower while upstairs there is one double bedroom and a sofa bed. U Furnu has a small private balcony with beautiful sea view.
Two-room apartment with loft (max 6 people)
The name comes from a particular object made of iron – still visible – which used to support the walls. A Ciave has one large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen area, a bathroom with shower. There is also one double bedroom and a loft with two single beds. This apartment is not provided with private outdoor spaces but the shared garden is available.
Studio on two levels with terrace and seaview (max 3 people)
This apartment used to be the priest’s private house. A outside stairway leads to the living room with one sofa bed and kitchenette. There is also a large bathroom with shower. Going up a steep staircase there is a small double bedroom that once was the priest’s bedroom. Beside it, there is a private terrace with a breathtaking sea view.
